SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Welcome to Venutec. We aim to deliver your professional audio, lighting, and staging equipment safely and efficiently. Below you will find the details of our shipping procedures, timescales, and regional configurations.

1. Order Processing & Order Cut-Off Times

All orders for in-stock items are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • Daily Order Cut-Off Time: 12:00 PM (GMT/BST). Orders placed before midday on a business day will begin processing the same day. Orders placed after this time or over the weekend will begin processing on the following business day.

  • You will receive another notification when your order has officially shipped, along with your tracking information.

2. Domestic Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery Times

We offer standard and express transit delivery options across the UK Mainland. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed dynamically at checkout based on the total weight and dimensions of your order.

3. Backorders & Extended Lead Times

Because we supply specialized, high-end commercial AV components, certain items may be marked as "Available to Order" (Backorder).

  • If an item in your order is on backorder, the estimated dispatch time will typically range between 3–7 business days, depending on manufacturer availability.

  • If a significant delay is expected, our logistics team will contact you directly via email or phone to provide a precise dispatch schedule.

4. Heavy Cargo & Pallet Freight Deliveries

For oversized, heavy, or delicate items (such as large loudspeaker arrays, heavy-duty staging blocks, or LED video wall panels), orders may be shipped via an independent commercial pallet logistics network rather than a standard courier.

  • Pallet deliveries are typically kerbside only.

  • Please ensure that your delivery site or venue has the appropriate access and personnel to accept heavy cargo deliveries.

5. How Do I Check the Status of My Order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an automated email notification from us containing a tracking link. You can use this link to check its transit status directly on the carrier's tracking portal. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.

6. Delivery Addresses & PO Boxes

We ship to physical business addresses and residential destinations across the United Kingdom. Please note that due to courier size limitations and security restrictions on high-value electronic equipment, we cannot ship to PO Boxes or automated parcel lockers.

7. Damages, Lost Shipments, and Discrepancies

Your equipment is fully insured during transit up to the point of handover.

  • Please inspect the external packaging of your delivery immediately upon arrival. If the box or pallet shows visible signs of damage, please sign for the delivery as "Damaged" with the driver.

  • If your item arrives damaged or has missing components, please contact us within 48 hours at hello@venutec.co.uk with your order number and photographs of the packaging so we can resolve the issue immediately.
